Guarantee and costs
- All bed and bathroom facilities are at your disposal.
- The firewood is at our guests disposal.
- The cleaning of the house is foreseen by the services of Casa Alba at the lump sum of € 60,00.
- A guarantee of € 400,00 has to be paid as part of the definitive reservation. It will be paid back in case of no damage within 10 days after the renting
period.
